Our office represents clients in all facets of family law cases. The majority of family law cases revolve around divorce. We help clients with both uncontested divorces, and contested divorces. In contested cases, our office will be your advocate for property distribution, custody of any children of the marriage, and spousal support and child support.

For unmarried parties, we can assist in establishing or disputing paternity, and seeking custody, child support, and parenting time arrangements for your specific case.

We also represent clients who wish to adopt. Our office has helped numerous families navigate the burdensome process of adoption and we stand ready to help your family complete this momentous step.

Estate planning is vital to ensure that your wishes are carried out upon your passing. We can assist in the preparation of your last will and testament, and of any trusts for the beneficiaries of your choosing.

We also assist in the probate of an estate upon an individual’s passing. The execution of an estate through probate is an important step to ensure that debts are paid, and any residual estate is appropriately distributed to the heirs of the deceased.

Our office is equipped to represent service members facing administrative or nonjudicial punishment action. We primarily represent clients at military bases in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana, but will travel nationwide depending on the case.

If you are an officer or enlisted member facing administrative separation from the military and are entitled to an administrative separation board, Charlie Allen can help. Charlie has represented the command and the servicemember at countless boards throughout his career and has a track record of success. He is not afraid to fight a stubborn command team and will dedicate himself to your retention in the service.

Our office also assists on other military issues, to include nonjudicial punishments under Article 15 of the UCMJ, administrative investigation responses, Qualitative Management Program (QMP) separations, and more.
